Day 9 Grandma Mennear treated everyone to a picnic at Ross Park. The kids loved it! They have huge rocks that are smooth enough to slide down. I got a little nervous, but reminded Coda that a broken arm would make for a crappy vacation. Coda made sure Grandma got her excerise when they went exploring. I'm pretty sure they ended up on the other side of Ross Park a few times.
Tayden is such a cute little two year old. He kept everyone on the move!
I think Beckett also enjoyed the beautiful weather. You just want to squeeze his chubby cheeks!
This day reminded me how differently Texas and Idaho are. Oh, I miss taking my shoes off and walking in nice, soft grass and not being afraid of spiders the size of quarters. And the shade? Texas does not have shade, at least not the cool kind. Air. Clean, fresh air. Not that nasty polluted, heavy kind of air. Oh, Idaho, how I am going to miss you.
