Lessons from our Sabbath

In Sunday School we were having a discussion about the Saints. It always seems like when the Saints were being persecuted and tried the hardest, the Church grew the most. The teacher made a few comments and analogies that we can take into our daily lives. Here they are:
...
"When things seem to start reigning down on you. Thank the lord. He has something good in store for you. He is preparing you for something BIG!"
...
"A knife and axe doesn't get sharper unless it is grinding against the stone."
