We are so blessed to have such wonderful friends here in Texas. The Bingham's have been so kind to us and invited us over to their house for Christmas Eve. They never disappoint! Little smokies wrapped in bacon, meat balls, chip dip, bean dip, tamales, pizza, cookies, chocolate pretzels! So much food! We played a few games where the kids got some fun coloring books. And then they did the nativity story, but leave it to the Mennear kids to back out last minute. Then half way through, Coda remembered that present I took away and how if he jumped in as the angel mom just might let him have it back...he thinks like his daddy.

Eva was so patient and kind to all the grand kids and the two tag-along kids.
As soon as we got home, the kids were anxious to open their Christmas Eve present from Grandma Mennear. IF you couldn't see it on their faces!
Later, I went to check in on Gracie. She was out like a light! I guess Christmas Eve was just too much for her.
