"Coda, do you need a drink?" as ask as Coda opens the lower cupboard that holds the cups.
No answer.
"Hey, do you need to go potty?"
He just looks at me and starts walking to the bathroom. I figured I better follow him to make sure he gets to the toilet. Coda walks in one door, past the toilet, and out the other door (we have a walk through bathroom).
"Hey," I said, "the toilet is right here." I followed him to his room where he walked to the closet and pulled his pants down."No! No, that's not the bathroom!" I scared him and he look at me wide eyed. "You're not awake." I said as I ushered him back to the toilet.
We finally made it to the toilet. He went...and went...to the point I was laughing so hard...IT JUST KEPT GOING! When he was finished he just looked up at me and smiled, I think he had finally woken up!
This was not the first time he attempted to go to the bathroom asleep. He filled up the bathroom trash can once and mistakenly thought he was in the bathroom when he was right near his bed (Justin didn't realize that until he had stepped in the puddle.)
This morning we asked Coda if he remembered it. Not a single thing!

HaHa...it must be a boy thing and a1st grade thing at that. J does this all the time. I am AMAZED at how long he can go while he is half awake. He sometimes uses the tub or the trash can!
