This last weekend we decided to take the kids to Seaworld San Antonio. We went with some of our friends and had a blast!
Do's and Don'ts for Sea World San Antonio
Don't go to Sea World when it is 106 degrees
Do take your own water bottle, preferably a steel canister.
Don't pay for bottle water. Ice and ice water a free everywhere in the park.
Don't get a greasy fish fry when just down the way they have a healthy turkey wrap. (I was so made when I saw those, I knew Stacey got one somewhere when we went.)
Do where tennis shoes, but bring flip flops along for the water park.
Don't be sucked into paying $14 dollars for a locker at the front of the park, there is $2 lockers near the roller coaster Stihl. Half the size, but still getting two and paying $4 is way better than paying $14.
Do hit the shows, especially Azul. It is amazing!
Don't think you can see all the park and do the water park in one day.
Do pay the extra $3 a ticket to come back a second day.
Do wear swimsuits under your clothes. Especially the little ones. It was easy to take a quick stop at the water to cool off before moving on to the shows.
Don't think that after all the shows are over the fun is over. There is an area in the back that is like a carnival, with games and cotton candy.
Do be frugal, but don't let that stop you from making memories.
On Sunday we took a boat tour of the San Antonio Riverwalk. It was a bust for sure. Perhaps it would be better when it wasn't so stinking hot!
This is the awesome family we went with. Thanks Chris and Tatiana for a great time!
Coda, Gracie, Bryson and Jaxson with their massive bowls of ice cream!
