We had a great time with Kevin and Ann this last week. They flew in on Wednesday night, so we didn't have time to do much that night, but the rest of the week was packed. On Thursday, they went into Dallas to see the Sixth Floor Museum (I think they enjoyed it), and then they decided to visit the center of Irving, yes....the center of Irving. (When Ann mapped the Cowboy Stadium on the internet, the site didn't take her address...so, it took them to the center of Irving instead. I think they were within blocks of the stadium, but never really saw the stadium.)

On Friday we decided to hit the Allen Outlet. Some great stores, with fairly good prices. Kevin and Ann treated us to Olive Garden, which was really, really good. (Much better experience then last time, Stace.)

Saturday, we braved First Monday Days in Canton. Wow...Kevin's words were, "East Idaho State Fair on Steroids!" Yes, it was that crazy. All kinds of vendors were there, with everything from cowboy boot purses, to tables, to ATV's. (We would definitely lose JoDell there.) The best part about Canton was the roasted corn on the cob....mmmm...mmm! Although the funnel cake was really good too! We will definitely be going back, I think we only saw, maybe a third of the whole thing.

Sunday, we went to the Dallas World Aquarium. And, the third time was just as good as the first. We always see something new when we go.

Monday, we hit a great burger joint before taking Kevin and Ann back to the airport.
