A few weeks ago I should the kids how to make snowflakes. Our house is a paper winter wonderland!
Coda became really good at it, doing very intricate flakes. What I didn't realize until his class Christmas party, is that he had been doing them at school and giving them to his classmates. So the teacher asked him to demonstrate in front of the entire class how to make them. I was very impressed!
He did tell me later, "Mom, when the teachers ask me a question or something I start sweating really bad." Well, my son, you are my son!
I was also impressed at how the other students treated Coda. They all seemed to like him and respected him. He is such a good kid.
I went to Gracie's party, too, but she was too busy coloring and playing games to visit too much with me. But I've heard enough good things about her to know she is also very well liked.
So proud of my children and the great examples they are!
