Pinata

For Cinco De Mayo, Coda had to make a pinata for his school. So we busted out the flour and newspaper and got to work...two days before it was due. I hate when they give big projects out at the end of the school year. I think both students and parents are dragging their feet by then, BUT we got it finished. And would you believe I didn't even get a picture of the finished product! It was an awesome rocket with amazing fire streamers coming out of the bottom. He did so good! 

If there is something messy going on, you can bet Gracie wants to take part! She also did a great job on her soccer ball. She asked for days if we could break it open. When we finally did there were some awesome prizes inside! Peanuts, chocolate, tissues, hair ties, lego pieces....these children are my greatest gift!
