Main Street Liberty 5k

The kids have been participating in the schools run club. They were encouraged to run at least a mile at this years Liberty Run. Coda decided that morning he wasn't feeling up to it, but Gracie was still on board until we got about 10 yards into it. Then she decided she didn't want to do it. I told her we could walk, but she just didn't want to. She insisted she go back with Dad and the donuts.

Even though the kids bummed out on their run, they stuck around for me. I finished fifth in my age group with a time of 30:12 and a 9:45 pace.
